euros per share, totaling 4.374.989,58 euros.
70.937 (82,90%) are ordinary shares, completely paid and privately owned and 14.629 (17,10%) are preference, non-voting shares owned by shareholders who are natural parties.

The shares are freely transferable. All the persons registered in the shareholder’s book, which, in accordance with the legislative, is administered at the Central securities depositary, are regarded as shareholders. The shareholders who are under the same conditions, take up the same position in the company. Each shareholder is entitled to one vote in the Company assembly – one for each ordinary share as well as the right to dividend payment.
Starting from the transformation of public property, Skopski Pazar A.D. has been paying dividend regularly every year. The amount of the dividend per share during the last six years is displayed in the following chart:
