Green markets

The markets, i.e. the services in the markets were the central activity in the company Skopski Pazar A.D. Skopje until recently. The company manages 16 green and 1 livestock market.

Trade activity

The trade activity is now the biggest activity of the company. At the moment, the company Skopski Pazar A.D. has at its disposal 7 modern supermarkets under the name SP Market, 10 discounts under the name Maksi D, 1 furniture shops, and a three beauty center Unique.

Busuness premises

Skopski Pazar AD owns a business space of around 55,000 square meters. Part of these business premises are used for private trading activities of the company, and the rest, which consists of more than 700 business units, is rented to other users.

Catering activity

The company offers its own catering services: the restaurant "14" in Taftalidge. The restaurant "14" in Taftalidge is particularly attractive.
