Organizational scheme and management
The management of Skopski Pazar A.D. Skopje is organized according to a two level system in compliance with the Law for trade companies, i.e. the company is governed by a Supervisory board è Boards of directors. The company consists of seven sectors:
- - a sector for joint services;
- - a sector for finance;
- - a sector for information system;
- - a sector for commerce and catering services;
- - a sector for marketing;
- - a sector for business premises, investments and development;
- - a sector for services in the markets (supply centers).
