IKAS 2010

On 3rd and 4th April, the international slalom competition IKAS 2010 took place in SRC Matka and was visited by 5000 spectators. This year the slalom celebrated its 42nd jubilee.

For the fifth time, the winner was our olympian - Atanas Nikolovski.

Skopski Pazar, being a devoted supporter of sporting activities in the Republic of Macedonia, was one of the sponsors of the 42nd IKAS.

The opening of the slalom was also celebrated by planting trees, as part of the Tree day action.

Among the attendants there were: maestro Boris Trajanov, Dime Spasov - Director of the Agency of Youth and Sport, the mayor of the City of Skopje - Koce Trajanovski, the mayor of the municipality Gorce Petrov - Sokol Mitrevski, the mayor of the municipality Saraj - Blerim Bedzeti, the President of the Basketball Federation of Macedonia, Lazar Popovski as well as other attendants.
