The company is concerned for the improvement of the knowledge of the employees. It permanently offers advanced professional training in all the spheres that influence the quality of working. This is implemented in accordance with the procedure for training stated in ISO 9001:2008 quality standard in the following manner: the area in the employees’ knowledge that requires advancing is identified, a type of training is suggested and the approved types of training is implemented. The training can be of either internal or external character.
